Our Mission

HJI’s mission is to promote more just and equitable healthcare, where people of color and other underserved groups can achieve optimal health and well-being. We envision a NY where race, social, and economic factors no longer determine health outcomes, where residents have both the medical care and legal support they need to thrive.
