What kind of legal help can I get from HJI?

We assist with legal issues related to healthcare access, Medicaid/insurance problems, and other health-related legal needs. We do not handle other law matters, but we can refer you to organizations that do.

Do you provide medical care?

No, HJI does not provide direct medical care. We work closely with healthcare partners to help connect community members to free or low-cost services.

Do I have to pay for legal help?

All of our legal services are free or low-cost, depending on your case.
